Anže Arko
Anže Arko is an attorney-at-law specializing in international arbitration and litigation. His professional experience includes work at law firms in Ljubljana and Paris. He is a regular member of international legal teams, representing sovereign states and private parties in investment and commercial arbitration proceedings. He has experience of representing clients under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC and LMAA arbitration rules, as well as in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights.
He also represents clients in court and administrative proceedings in Slovenia, primarily in disputes involving commercial, corporate, insolvency, banking and civil law. In cooperation with foreign lawyers, he advises clients in foreign legal proceedings.
Anže Arko holds an LLM from International Dispute Settlement program (MIDS) at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva, Switzerland (2010), as well as a law degree from the Law Faculty in Ljubljana, where he graduated cum laude (2007).
